Returns and Refunds

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition with their original packaging. Groove Crate covers return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect orders; change of mind returns are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of inspection.
