What’s Covered by Our Return Policy?
We accept returns for the following reasons:
Change of Mind: If you decide the product isn’t right for you.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your Groove Crate arrives damaged or defective, we’ll provide a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong product, we’ll cover all costs to correct the mistake.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure:
The item is in original condition (undamaged and unused).
The return request is made within 5 days of receiving your order.
The product is returned with its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Our support team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
Step 3: Send Your Item
Package the item securely and ship it back to the address provided in the instructions.
Step 4: Refund or Replacement
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your Groove Crate for another item, please reach out to us at support@groovecrate.com. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
Damaged or Defective Products
Your satisfaction is our priority! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund at your convenience.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that:
Have been used or damaged due to misuse.
Are missing key components (e.g., parts, original packaging).
